Your Posts

The Posts page shows all the content you've published across your connected accounts. It's your content library — a single place to see everything you've posted on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Viewing your posts

Posts are displayed as a grid on desktop and a list on mobile. Each post card shows:

  • A thumbnail or video preview
  • The post title or caption
  • Which platform it was posted on
  • Key metrics — views, likes, comments, and shares
  • The date it was published

Sorting your posts

Use the sort options at the top to organize your posts. You can sort by:

  • Most recent — your latest posts first (this is the default)
  • Best performing — your top posts by view count
  • Worst performing — posts that didn't do as well, so you can learn what to avoid

Tip

Sorting by "worst performing" might feel counterintuitive, but it's one of the best ways to learn. Compare your worst posts to your best and look for patterns — was the hook weaker? The topic less relevant? The thumbnail less eye-catching?

Post details

Tap on any post to see a detailed breakdown. This includes a full view of the content, all available metrics, and AI-generated coaching tips about what worked and what could improve.

Just Posted — live tracking

When you publish a new post on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, SocialGPT detects it and shows a "Just Posted" card on your home feed with live-updating metrics. You'll see:

  • A LIVE indicator with animated counters for views, likes, comments, and shares that update in real time
  • Your account icon and username so you know which account the post belongs to
  • A performance multiplier when the post is outperforming your average (e.g., "2.5x")
  • An AI insight about how the post is tracking

Tap the thumbnail to open a detailed live tracking page. Metrics refresh automatically — every 5 seconds for TikTok, 10 seconds for YouTube, and 20 seconds for Instagram.

Tip

Just Posted cards are one of the most useful features. Watching your metrics update in real time helps you learn which hooks and topics get early traction — a strong signal of what your audience wants.

Syncing your posts

SocialGPT automatically pulls in posts from your connected accounts. After you first connect an account, it can take a little while for all your posts to appear — you'll see a message that says "Post Analysis In Progress" while this is happening.

New posts are synced regularly, so anything you publish will show up automatically.
